Meet Our Pastor Pastor Carlie Lloyd, with his wife, Margaret, have served at Twin Valley FWB Church since 1992. A native of East Tennessee, Pastor Lloyd is a graduate of East Tennessee State University, Free Will Baptist Bible College, and Pensacola Christian College. Before moving to Wisconsin, he served for 10 years as the pastor of Traveler's Rest Free Will Baptist Church in Altha, Florida. In 1992, God led Pastor Lloyd into the ministry of church planting. At the time, there were no other Free Will Baptist churches in the state of Wisconsin. The Free Will Baptist denomination commissioned and supported the Lloyd family as they moved to the capital city of Madison, Wisconsin. Twin Valley FWB Church was born that year, and the church became "self-supporting" in 2003. Pastor Lloyd and his wife Margaret have been married for 30+ years. They have four grown children.
